We are a young and ambitious start up that are not satisfied with the status quo. Whilst we are a consultancy business, we are different in that we have a large focus on using and developing new technologies to deliver the best possible results for our clients. We are currently developing and testing a first of its kind finance function diagnostic and visioning web application that allows us to deliver quality outputs at pace for our clients.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for finance transformation consultants of all levels and grades to join as an associate

• We specialise in 3 areas; finance target operating model, finance process improvement and finance team capability. If you have strong experience in any of these 3 areas then please apply
• Currently we are not recruiting for full time roles, instead you will become part of the IF Transform family and only be deployed onto a project if and when something appropriate becomes available
• We try to pay at the top of your daily rate range
• IR35 does not apply to our projects as we are a small consultancy business

About you

• You will be a finance transformation professional with at least 3 years experience
• You will have worked at a top tier consultancy firm
• You will be an independent contractor and operate as a limited company
• You will be bright, ambitious and innovation focused
• You will be personable and and have strong client management skills
