We started IF Transform because we felt that we could offer our clients much better value for money than they were getting from the big consulting firms.
We left our jobs at the big-4 and spent 6 months developing a custom-built digital methodology. This tool is built from our knowledge and experience of the big-4's methods but automates and standardises the process to enable us to deliver better results more quickly and therefore more cheaply.

Finance transformation specialist with experience at clients such as GSK, Nomad foods, MoD and Aviva insurance. Broad sector experience, advising C-suite on finance transformation with a particular focus on target operating model design and shared service centre improvement. Freddie used to be a keen boxer, and will often be found exaggerating how good he was.
Johnny has over 20 years' experience in shaping and leading complex, large scale Finance Transformation, next generation multi-tower Shared Services programs and helping businesses fuel growth through Rapid and Sustained Cost Reduction programs. Before IF Transform Johnny was a partner at Accenture during a 17 year career with them.
Tom is a senior product manager with over 10 years experience. He is responsible for overseeing product development for our innovative transformation tools, working closely with our team in Romania to ensure that the custom software we are building always exactly meets our customers needs. Tom is also quite tall and this seems to please him a lot.
Amar is a PRINCE 2 qualified senior Programme & Project Manager with a proven track record for leading large complex transformation and transition projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Amar has young twins plus another toddler and still manages to turn up to work on time just demonstrating this man's resilience.
Adam is an accountant turned finance transformation professional with strong practical experience in a number of finance roles. Adam played a key role at both BT and Capita in implementing the projects module of S4 Hana. At the weekend Adam can be found at Spur's stadium nursing a pint and reminiscing about the time they came this close to winning a trophy.
